HOTEL SWIMMING POOL TO DO LIST: CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO

As we get ready for an upcoming weekend in Cabo, we’re busy researching the best pools to check out. Right now, here is our to-do list:

1. Hunt for different mosaic patterns at the bottom of and around hotel pools. Cabo is famous for beautiful, Baja-local tile. This pool mosaic is from the Hotel Mar De Cortez, one of the oldest properties in Cabo:

2. Check out the One &Only Palmilla pool that Forbes Magazine calls “Outrageously Beautiful.”

3. Revisit the guac at  The Hacienda Del Mar. It’s been 5 years since we visited, but we can still taste their guacamole, perfectly complimented by the salt already on our lips from the margarita glass, the sand between our toes, and the sun gently setting over the water. We can’t wait!
